Great!! The best tutorial of the internet. Short and clear. I was trying to figure out more than one week how to use richfaces and you did it. Thank you very much.

Just one addition:
I have add all libraries in the java build path of the project. When I use only the libraries which we created(richfaces + myfaces), the richfaces components did not appear on the page.

My java version is: java version “1.6.0_24″

Great “howto”!
The project setup and the server startup worked fine, but when I visit the example index.xhtml nothing appears, as if “rich:” were not recognized…
Does anyone have the same problem?
Is there a known solution?

@Michael: I am very interested in how Prolog query solving can be distributed, but at this moment I don’t know much about this topic. So, any leads you have for me would be appreciated.

My naive guess to distribute queries would be this: currently, threads are spawned during query resolution. So, instead of spawning threads to resolve the query, it instead requests nodes in the network to resolve that part of the query. I haven’t stepped through any of the Java Prolog Interpreters yet, but I look forward to doing just that as soon as I have time. If the database is big enough, I believe distributing the query may actually speed up its resolution.
